New Patients: 

Question:  How long does it take to become a new patient?
Answer:  Please fill out the New Patient Review Request form.  Kori, our new patient coordinator, will be calling you within 1-2 business days.
 
Question:  How can I expedite a new patient visit?
Answer:  Fill out the necessary paperwork and have your spine imaging results ready to give to Kori.  
 
Question:  What if I don't have a spine MRI or radiographs?
Answer:  No problem.  We will have you see one of our physician assistants to bring you in for an evaluation and obtain the necessary paperwork.
 
Question:  I am having a hard time getting my phone messages returned, what should I do?
Answer:  Use our online email system.  Many patients like this feature as we can respond to you quickly.  
 

Question:  Why am I seeing the physician assistant and not the surgeon?
Answer:  The main reason is to expedite your care.  Our physician assistants can perform an evaluation, obtain necesssary spine imaging and communicate directly with our surgeons.  If spine surgery is necessary, we will have you follow-up with our surgeons.
